Shipping and Payment

1. Payment

You can pay with credit and debits cards, as well as PayPal in our online shop. For some countries payment in advanced is possible.

Credit and debit cards

We accept credit cards like: Visa, Mastercard, Maesto, Carte Bleue and others.

The following information are needed: name, card number, expiry date and digit code. The relevant data are secured and encryption. For your own security, an interaction is started with bank. After this check, the payment can be settled. In the last order step, you confirm the order, which triggers the payment and an order confirmation E-mail.

We work with Europe's leading online payments service provider. They maintain the highest security levels. 

PayPal

You can pay and order with your PayPal Account.

PayPal payments are accepted and seamless integrated in our online shop. That means our online shop initializes the process and transfers you to the dedicated PayPal page. From there, you should login to your PayPal Account and validate the payment. 

Payment in advanced

For customer in Germany and Austria, we propose Payment in advanced.

2. Delivery time

Within 24 hours, we package and post your order. Generally speaking in Europe you receive your articles in 3 to 5 workdays. Shipping to Asia or USA takes 12 workdays. As we relax the weekend and on holidays, you might receive the package in 7 days (Europe) and 12 days (Asia and USA). When we ship a bicycles or frame we prefer to takes our time to package you bicycle or frame carefully.

As we sell only articles which are in warehouse, there is no issue about splitting orders, packages or unexpected delay. We don't hope so, but if there is an issue, we let you know.

3. Tracking

As soon as your package is posted, we provide you a tracking ID. We ship only with tracking ID.

4. Shipping costs

The shipping costs to Europe are 15€ for bicycle parts, 25€ for a bicycle frame and 50€ for a bicycle. The shipping price to USA and Asia are 43€ for bicycle parts, 85€ for a bicycle frame and 180€ for a bicycle.It is possible that some specific articles have other shipping prices for instance a high wheel bicycle.
