By clicking on the "Order now" button you are agreeing to all terms and conditions described here. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the products which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed in the step order validation and included in the 'Grand Total'. All prices are displayed in euros. The French Finance Law (Article 293 B) allows until a certain revenue companies to exonerate the VAT. Simply speaking you pay no french VAT.

Payment

Credit card payments

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been despatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.

PayPal

PayPal payments are accepted and seamless integrated in our online shop. That means our shop does initialized the process and transfer you to the dedicated PayPal page. From there you should login into your PayPal account and validate the payment. PayPal is an external payment service. PayPal works fast and secure. Vélovilles.com delivers your order after receiving your PayPal payment confirmation.

5. Right of returns

You can returns a product within in period of 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts once you have received the items. You have to notify us in a writing form (e-mail, fax or letter).

Return shipping information

The item has to be sent in the original condition: unworn for clothing and unassembled for bikes or parts. You should us the original packaging.

You find the return slip with all instructions and our shipping address in the package you receive from Vélovilles Company.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Conform to the french law, the return shipping costs have to be payed by the customer.

Pay back

The obligation to return received payments shall be fulfilled within 30 days. The period starts with the date the cancelation is sent or the object is returned to the Vélovilles Company.

Consequences of returns

In case of an effective cancelation, both parties shall return the received goods, payments and all other derived benefits (e.g. interest). In case the customer is unable to return any or all of the Vélovilles Company the received goods and benefits or in case he returns them in a diminished state, the customer shall compensate us for the lost value.

6. Complaints

We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise, please let us know if you have any complaints or comments.

7. Guarantee

According to the French law, you have a guarantee for used and NOS products of 6 month.

8. Disclaimer as to ownership of trade marks, images of personalities and third party copyright

Except where expressly stated to the contrary all persons (including their names and images), third party trade marks and content, services and/or locations featured on this Website are in no way associated, linked or affiliated with Vélovilles.com and you should not rely on the existence of such a connection or affiliation. Any trade marks/names featured on this Website are owned by the respective trade mark owners. Where a trade mark or brand name is referred to it is used solely to describe or identify the products and services and is in no way an assertion that such products or services are endorsed by or connected to velovilles.com.

9. Personal Information

We use your personal data for purposes of order management and fulfillment. Your data will be forwarded to the shipping service provider with the purpose to deliver the goods to your shipping process. To process your payment, we pass your payment data to the payment service provider responsible for the order payment. A transfer to other third parties does not take place.

In case of non EU delivery customer countries, we need to provide your data to the customs which is conform with international legal trade obligations.
